The design and shape of my guitars tend to follow closely to the Torres model. I've not deviated much from the "standard" footprint attributed to Spain from around the mid-nineteenth century.
I’ve spent the bulk of my study deeply concerned with structural integrity and durability. I’ve put these virtues before any other as I feel that a guitar, regardless of its tone and beauty, will not be looked upon favorably if it disapoints structurally. A broken guitar will not get much love I suspect....It needs to last.
Quality of sound is of great concern to me. My ideal guitar is sleek and responsive. Light, bright and open.
Clean, simple asthetics and it must be easy to play.
May it fill your eyes and soul with beauty.
